At Fórmula & Cia, each product is developed with technical responsibility and strictly following health regulations. Therefore, our policies prioritize patient safety and medication integrity.
Summary:
- Compounded medications cannot be exchanged or returned
- Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours after the order
- Non-compounded products can be returned within 7 days

Exchange or Return Request
To initiate any request, please send an email to:
faleconosco@formulaecia.com.br
Include the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Registered CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID)
- Reason for the request
Our team will get back to you with the necessary guidance.
Compounded Medications
Customized and exclusive products
Compounded medications are prepared individually, according to the prescription and needs of each client.
For this reason:
- It is not possible to exchange or return after production
- There is no reuse or resale of these products
- After delivery, it is not possible to cancel or request a refund
Order Cancellation
Cancellation can be requested up to 4 hours after order confirmation.
After this period:
- The compounding process may have already begun
- The order can no longer be canceled
To cancel within the deadline, please contact us immediately through official channels.
Non-Compounded Products
Right of withdrawal
For non-customized products, the customer can request a return within 7 calendar days after receipt.
Mandatory conditions:
- Unused product
- Original packaging preserved
- Seal intact
After analysis, a refund will be issued within 30 days, using the same payment method as the purchase.
Cases in which we do not accept returns
The following products will not be accepted:
- Compounded
- Controlled substances
- Antibiotics
- Requiring refrigeration
- With violated packaging or without a seal
- With signs of use
- Sent without prior communication
- Past the deadline
Products under these conditions will be returned to the sender.
Sanitary Regulation
We strictly follow ANVISA guidelines, including regulations that prevent the return of compounded and controlled medications.
These rules ensure the safety of all patients.
